I know thanks…have just spent some time today with a friend and our kids and just talking and realising that things pretty similar too just gives some comfort that I am OK! LOL! It’s a cliche but it is ‘good to talk’…and not to live in a bubble. And a hug was nice too from her…so sending you a virtual hug too!
